Scope of services
Vertex Vault provides web development, AI engineering, UI/UX design, and SaaS product development services.
Payment terms
Projects require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership
Clients receive full ownership of final deliverables after full payment. Vertex Vault retains rights to showcase work in portfolios unless restricted.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included. Excessive changes may incur additional cost.
Liability
Vertex Vault is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party issues.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable.
